TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

1. By enrolling in our driving school, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth.
2. All lessons are subject to instructor availability and weather conditions.

Enrollment and Payments

1. Payment for lessons must be made in full before the commencement of the first lesson.
2. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or online transfer.
3. A receipt will be issued for all payments made.

Lesson Scheduling

1. Lessons must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Any changes to scheduled lessons must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be provided for unused lessons if a written request is made within 14 days of payment.
2. No refunds will be issued for lessons already taken.
3. If a student decides to withdraw from a course, a refund will be issued for the remaining lessons, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will incur a fee of 50% of the lesson cost.
3. Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in the full lesson cost being charged.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Lessons can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the lesson will incur a fee of 25% of the lesson cost.
3. The school reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to instructor availability or weather conditions. In such cases, no rescheduling fee will be charged.

Conduct and Safety

1. Students must carry their learner’s permit at all times during lessons.
2. Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the instructor will result in immediate termination of the lesson, with no refund provided.
3. Students must comply with all instructions given by the instructor during the lesson for their safety and the safety of others.

Liability

1. The driving school is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the lessons.
2. Students are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the lesson if found at fault.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1. G-Motion Driving School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Any changes will be communicated to students and will be effective immediately.
